The guarantee is valid only for products that are bought and used in private
households. The guarantee is not valid if the product is used commercially.
The guarantee is not valid if the product is misused, used by negligence, if not
following instructions given by Wilfa, if modified or if unauthorized reparation
is done. The guarantee is also not valid for normal wear of the product, misuse,
lack of maintenance, use of wrong electrical voltage or:
• Overloading of product
• Damage to the glass
• Not descaled according to the instruction manual
• Parts that are normally worn down
• Parts you can expect to be replaced regularly (e.g., filter, battery, etc.)

Temperature preservation
The thermal carafe effectively retains heat for extended periods. As the graph illustrates, you can enjoy hot coffee for several hours with the Performance Thermo carafe.
Tip: For optimal heat retention, you should preheat the thermal carafe before using it. Simply fill and rinse it with hot water before starting the coffee maker.

Unique pump technology
Fresh water is one of the most important ingredients for good coffee. Our pump technology completely empties the water system after every brew, ensuring your coffee is always brewed with fresh, oxygen-rich water.
With coffee makers that don’t have pump technology, up to 5 oz of water can remain in the system after brewing, which can noticeably affect the coffee’s taste. If you already have a coffee maker at home, you can easily check this by turning it upside down over the sink after brewing.
Removable water tank - always clean water
Good coffee starts with clean and fresh water. That is why the Performance Thermo is equipped with a removable 42 oz water tank that is as easy to fill as it is to clean.
Perfect brewing temperature
Performance Thermo has an advanced brewing system that gives the water an optimal extraction temperature throughout the brewing process, with a brewing temperature of 198-205°F from the first to the last drop. This provides an unforgettable taste experience.
Correct ratio between coffee and water
Use the measurement guide on the water tank to get the optimal ratio between coffee and water for each brew.
Manual drip stop and adjustable flow control
The adjustable flow control lets you control how quickly the water passes through the coffee grounds, helping you fine-tune the contact time for different brew sizes. This makes it easy to brew a single cup with the same balanced result as a full carafe.
You can also use the same control to pause the brewing process at any time by moving it to the drip stop position.
Maximum taste
All the flavors of the coffee get their due with the unique diffuser head that spreads the water evenly over the coffee powder during brewing.
Cleaning indicator
The coffee maker reminds you when it's time for cleaning. When the light on the start/stop button begins to pulse slowly, the coffee machine indicates that cleaning and descaling are recommended.

Thermal carafe with two lids
The Performance Thermo comes with two lids for the carafe:
- One for brewing to minimize heat loss
- One for serving to keep the coffee hot longer
The brewing lid can also be used for serving, but it doesn't retain heat as effectively as the serving lid.
How to use the thermal carafe
Place the lid so the arrow points to "Unlock", turn to "Lock" if you want to lock the jug. To pour coffee, turn the lid clockwise until the arrow points to "Lock" and then counterclockwise until the arrow points to the spout and dot. The reason for the visit to the "lock" is to create a vacuum that leads to better pouring of the coffee. After pouring, close the lid by turning it clockwise until the arrow points to "Lock".
The thermo jug is only compatible with the Performance Thermo coffee maker and not the other coffee makers in the Performance series.
