Cold brew coffee is easy to make, but it takes a little time. The slow, cold extraction brings out the coffee's aromas and gives a smooth, mellow cup.
How to do it
- Coarsely grind the coffee beans and put them in a large glass or jug.
- Pour over ice-cold water and stir.
- Cover the container and put it in the fridge overnight.
- Strain the coffee, pour it into a bottle and store it in the fridge.
- Serve with ice cubes and a little milk.
- Using the Uniform EVO grinder? Choose a coarse setting and adjust until you find the flavor you like best.
